The device consists of the following key components:

Control System:This system is responsible for managing and controlling the operation of the entire storage cabinet. Users can monitor the status, temperature, humidity and other parameters of the solder paste in real time through the display and operation interface.

Solder Paste Storage Unit: Adopting a rotating tray design, it can store multiple cans of solder paste in layers and storage positions for refrigeration, support the mixed loading of multiple categories, and enable secondary storage. The temperature is strictly controlled within the range of 0°C to 10°C, and it is equipped with monitoring records, following the principle of first-in, first-out.

Solder Paste Temperature Recovery Area Storage Unit:There are multiple temperature recovery storage positions, without limiting the types of solder paste. The temperature recovery process is automatically completed by the manipulator, and the temperature is controlled between 18°C and 28°C.

Solder Paste Mixing Area: It can mix 1 to 2 jars of solder paste at a time, and the mixing process is automatically operated by the manipulator.

      The intelligent solder paste storage cabinet can achieve 24-hour unattended continuous operation, simplifying the processes of receiving, storing and daily management of the solder paste, and reducing labor and time costs.
