The tray type intelligent code reader has the functions of real-time reading of single and multiple codes, character recognition and reading, and incorporates deep learning algorithms to efficiently recognize and read even if some parts are damaged or dirty. A product database of over 100000 supports quick search, making it easy for operators to switch products with just one click. Establish separate database records for each product as traceability and analysis of the production process, and support exporting to CSV format files. An efficient and stable industrial computer serves as the system control core, paired with a powerful Windows operating system, providing user-friendly operation and seamless integration with MES system, real-time monitoring of product process status, and recording and tracing of product quality status.
